Backgroud and Production Scope-DVD
Poly Cases and CD PP Box is for packing and
storage the CDR and DVDR media. In this way the
quality of the storage cases is very important.
Normally we use 2 materials DVD/CD cases, one is
PP/Poly material it is also named unbreakable
cases another one is PS Material, this one also
named CD Jewel Cases or Ctrystal clear CD
Cases.The Machine we had developed is only for
PP.DVD Box not suit for PS Cases. As we all know
most of the PP.DVD Cases will have a outer
sleeve to hold color paper insertions or
introduction papers in this way the sleeve or
outer film welding/sealing quality is very important.This DVD PP Box outer sleeve welding
machine is really important to a DVD Poly Box

Background of Developing
the DVD Case Packaging&welding/sealing Machine-We
had manufactured the dvd/cd poly pp cd cases for
more than 15 years and we understand the outer
sleeve/film is very important to a media storage
box and most of the Chinese manufacturers are
using manual or semi-automatic dvd/cd
sleeve/film welding and packaging machines. In
this way the quality of the dvd case outer
sleeve welding is not perfect and the pressure
of the CPP or PE sleeve welding is also not
stable. This is a problem we need to find a way
out. Although already have this kind of machine
in other brand but none of them can cover all
common PP Poly Boxes Such lie:14mm dvd case
single and double,9mm dvd case single and
double,7mm dvd case single and double,5mm dvd
case single and double,10mm poly cd case single
double and quadruple,7mm poly cd cases and 5mm
poly cd cases.Most of the branded dvd box
welding machine will only workable for 14mm and
7mm dvd case and need the poly boxes meet the
quality standard. Lots of dvd cases made in
recycle PP material cannot run through the
welding/sealing machine. In this way, as a
manufacturer of dvd/cd cases more than 15
years,we developed this DVD/CD Poly Cases and
Boxes outer sleeve welding/sealing Machine.Our

Future Plans-A:
DVD/CD Poly Cases Automatic Packaging Machine
(Automatic Assembly Machine),As we know the
branded PP/Poly DVD Case Packaging machine Like:
Gima,Kyoto,Ilsemann can only run through the
good quality DVD Box and most of the machines
only work on 14mm dvd case and 7mm dvd case.
Most of the Media Poly storage cases made of
recycle material in good price from China cannot
run through at these kind of machines. In this
way all the media packaging business need one
machine can pack all the most common poly cases
with the normal options (A:disc insertion.
B:paper works insertion C:introduction books
insertion) and this machine need work on both
good quality poly cases also normal quality made
